    We guarantee a safe working environment and offer ongoing training in all positions. Our workers are qualified and we have a workforce that combines expertise, technique and foresight.

    Our training plans cover 14 professional areas ranging from technical to commercial. Our trainees are perfectly integrated into the company and are the breeding ground for tomorrow’s employees. We value their ideas. At the AS CREATION factory in Germany, they have created their own blog where they give a comprehensive overview of what they have learned, worked on and experienced.
